Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Since our products are crafted with care, we want to ensure that each return meets these conditions to guarantee their quality upon arrival for future customers.

Non-returnable Items

As most of our items are unique, handmade, and delicate, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for certain items, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made wooden products
  • Wooden figurines or bookmarks that have been used or damaged
  • Items that are missing parts or are not in their original condition due to customer handling

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may only offer a partial refund, including but not limited to:

  • Wooden products that show obvious signs of use or damage
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned without proof of purchase or receipt

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is reflected.
